Ok, here's the scoop. Our
mission is to produce a product, which is self-promoting and exceeds your
expectations. No kayak leaves our shop until it is fully wet inspected
and meets our rigid, high quality expectations.
If you are not fully satisfied for
any reason within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, let us know. We
will do our best to make it right or we will refund your money.
For a refund, the
kayak must be returned back to us within the initial 30 day period in its original and unused condition with
postage pre-paid for Buyer's account.
Yes, we can
help! If you have an old kayak and/or canoe in need of repair, give
us a holler.
We can put our boat works to work and get
you back out on the water. If we can't repair your kayak or canoe,
offer it to us as a trade-in and we will offer to you a 5% discount off a
new Blue Sterling Kayak or Canoe.
Every kayak is paddle tested and must be
approved by the owner, Gregg Gilmer, before it is available to the market.
